Carney Pools is situated off Bishton Lane, near to A51 at Wolseley Bridge, on the outskirts of Rugeley, Staffordshire.

Carney Pools consists of two established pools in a picturesque 12 acre setting. The site is fully accessible.

Damsel Pool is 1.3 acres in size, approx 3ft to 5ft in depth.

Dragon Pool is 1.4 acres in size and is 3ft to 8ft in depth.

Both pools are lined with mature and newly planted trees and well spaced fishing pegs.

Hot/cold drinks and confectionery can be purchased from the lodge.

There is ample safe parking adjacent to both pools. Cctv on site and fully accessible toilets.

The pools are open from 7am until 9pm. (Winter opening 8am until dusk).

Prices 2009: £6 per day, max two rods.
£4 for concessions and juniors per day, max two rods.
