L'etang de Chetpont is in our opinion one of the premiere waters in France. Dating back to before 1820 and set in 39 acres in central France. This stunning, mature lake is situated an a picturesque valley surrounded by breath-taking views of the rural countryside.
The weather in this region is very mild and in summer the temperature can reach as high as 90 degrees so sun cream is strongly recommended. (Don't spoil your holiday with sun stroke).
Although the lake is 39 acres we do limit the number of anglers to a maximum of 16 per week, resulting in plenty of room per angler with the added bonus of changing your swim if required.
We have made a great deal of improvements to the lake, trying at all times to maintain the lakes natural charm and beauty.
