The lake is 9 acres, and roughly a rectangle, normally making the whole lake fishable.

Whilst we have no intention of claiming dozens of fish over 40, there are now enough to give every angler a fair chance of a lump. The lake record mirror, stands at 60lb 12ozs. In the meantime we're happy, (and so it seems are our clients), to be accepted as a "runs water", which, in the main, should produce large numbers of upper twenties and thirties, with a fair chance of one or two lumps. Coupled with the help and advice which is readily given, and the fact that the water in not intimidating and easy to fish, it makes the venue a good choice for newcomers to carp fishing, and the less experienced.
